Cellcorder® CRT-400 Cell Resistance Tester [more info]
The Cellcorder CRT-400 takes the same reliable readings as the earlier CLC-200 and CRT-300 models. The Cellcorder CRT-400 utilizes USB Flash drive technology, IR (infrared) and optional Bluetooth communication, and newly designed resistance and voltage test leads. It comes with a hard shell carrying case, AC charger, and improved data trending and analysis software. An optional printer is available.

Measuring specific gravity and electrolyte temperature has always been a time consuming, messy chore requiring two technicians: one to take the readings, the other to write down the data. Now, one technician can both measure specific gravity and temperature and record the data more quickly than with other conventional methods.
Two versions of thes unit are available. The DMA35N is the standard version. The DMA35N-CRT verion has the capability to interface directly to the Cellcorder CRT-400 Cell Resistance Tester for ease of recording data into one database.

Battery diagnostic systems (BDS) continuously monitor all critical battery parameters, verify the integrity of the connected battery system, and alarm on any out-of-tolerance condition. Testing includes proactive, internal DC cell resistance measurements at programmed intervals recommended by IEEE standards. By tracking increases in internal cell resistance, the BDS predicts if the battery system will perform during a power outage.[read more]

SCT-600 / SCT-1200 Single Cell Test and Charge System

The SCT test system can discharge and charge one cell at a time. The test sequence consists of discharging the cell to a selected end voltage at a programmed load current, then charging to a selected charge voltage at a programmed current limit for a time determined by the user.
